I've taught online and hybrid history courses at Miami University of Ohio for several years. I don't identify as a techie but,compared with my colleagues, I'm the department techie. I need to talk with other people who blend humanities and technology. It is likely that I will be doing more online teaching, especially since I am branching into a fast-growing integrative studies program at Miami. I'd rather teach f2f and I'm looking for ways to connect on a personal level with students.
